STACEY LYNN LIFESTYLES AND BODYWORK

DEEP FLOW INTRO

INITIATION

In this 3-hour workshop, manual therapists are invited to step into the essence of Deep Flow: Embodiment.

Through both giving and receiving, you’ll learn to feel the body as a connected whole — not just as anatomy, but as a living, breathing system of relationships.

Together we will explore:

Wholeness in Practice — sensing your own body as an integrated system rather than isolated parts.

The Fascial Web — moving, resting, and receiving touch that awakens awareness of the fascial matrix.

Embodied Presence — refining your capacity to notice, attune, and guide with curiosity.

The Practitioner-Receiver Loop — experiencing how embodiment in yourself transforms the way your clients feel in your hands.

This is not about collecting more techniques. It’s about cultivating the embodied wholeness that allows you to be the guide your clients need. By the end, you’ll leave not only with a taste of Deep Flow, but also with a deeper relationship to your own body as a source of connection and awareness.

IMMERSION

Your practice can go deeper.

For manual therapists who know there’s more than technique — Deep Flow invites you to cultivate embodied awareness.

Your clients don’t just want your hands. They want your presence, your attunement, and your ability to help them feel safe enough to meet themselves.

This workshop gives you the tools to make that possible.

Over 2 days, you’ll be introduced to key practices from the Deep Flow Trilogy:

Deep Flow Foundation — map the fascial matrix through the lens of Anatomy Trains, explore tensegrity through the “Four Corners,” and discover how structure and freedom coexist in every body.

Deep Flow Restorative Bodywork — learn to pair manual therapy with restorative yoga postures, guiding breath and awareness to create profound release.

Deep Flow In Motion — experience bio-tensegrity in action as movement and manual therapy merge, opening new pathways of flow and embodied expression.

You’ve mastered the tools of touch. Now learn to weave them with breath, movement, and awareness — and become the therapist your clients didn’t even know they were searching for.

INTEGRATION

The 2-day Immersion opens the door. The 4-week Integration gives you time to live in it.

Spread across four consecutive Mondays, this training is designed for manual therapists who want to not only experience Deep Flow, but fully embody and integrate it into their practice.

Each week, you’ll deepen your capacity to sense, guide, and practice from wholeness — returning with fresh awareness and building on what came before.

What makes this series unique:

Time to Digest — absorb the material, practice it with your clients, and return each week with real-world questions and discoveries.

Progressive Learning — each Monday builds on the last, moving from Foundation into Restorative Bodywork, into In Motion, and finally into integration.

Embodied Confidence — not just concepts, but repeated practice that shifts how you feel in your body and how you guide others.

Living the Work — experience what happens when Deep Flow isn’t a one-time workshop, but an ongoing journey of awareness and application.

By the end of the 4 weeks, you won’t just know about Deep Flow — you’ll have stepped into embodied leadership, with the presence and confidence to guide your clients into their own wholeness.
