While this prop has many uses, it is my absolute favorite way to train the upper traps to rest and to support a forward fold, downward dog and lat openers.

Add to your water to supplement regular electrolyte uptake. Especially if your water is demineralized!

A regular soak in this will make your tissues sooooooo happy!
In case you don’t like to or don’t have the option to soak in the bath, apply this after a hot shower or apply and add the thermaphore for optimal absorption.
Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid which safely breaks up scar tissue!
A good quantity to make daily castor oil packs available. Make sure to store it in the refrigerator!
